To invest in the Giftcoin Token Sale you must be a Sophisticated Investor or High Net Worth Individual according to FCA regulations.

A High Net Worth Individual means an annual income of more than £100,000 or an investment portfolio of more than £250,000 excluding your primary residence.

A Sophisticated Investor means you are at least one of the following:

a) you are a member of of a network or syndicate of business angels
b) you have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in two years
c) you work in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises
d) you are a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million
